  • Availability of cards, transfers, PIX, and digital means.
  • Settlement periods vary by method and commercial conditions.
  • Chargeback is a transaction dispute made with the card issuer.

3. Fees and Amounts

Applicable fees are provided during contracting or in the dashboard.

Any maintenance fees follow the current commercial conditions.

Sila Pay adopts technical measures for data protection and fraud prevention.
