Sila Pay maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraud, corruption, money laundering, or any conduct that violates Brazilian legislation and the company's ethical principles.

The Whistleblowing Channel is a safe and confidential means for reporting situations that contradict our values or legal obligations.

2. When to Use the Channel

The channel should be used to report situations such as:

  • Internal/external fraud and corruption.
  • Money laundering and financial irregularities.
  • LGPD violations, moral/sexual harassment, or discrimination.
  • Conflict of interest or non-compliance with regulatory standards.

3. How to Submit a Report

Submissions can be identified or anonymous. It is recommended to include a detailed description, dates, people involved, and evidence to facilitate the investigation.

4. Confidentiality and Protection

Sila Pay ensures the following for good-faith whistleblowers:

  • Strictly confidential handling of information.
  • Technical, impartial analysis and protection against retaliation.
  • Diligent investigation and formal recording of each case.

5. Investigation Process

Upon receipt, a preliminary admissibility analysis will be conducted.

An internal investigation procedure may be initiated, resulting in corrective, disciplinary, or legal measures when applicable.

6. Data Processing and Privacy

Information is processed in compliance with Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD) and regulatory obligations of the payments sector.

Data may be shared with competent authorities only when required by law.
